We’ve made it easy for you! You will find an option called ‘SIZE CHART’ on the product page while placing your order which will guide you to find your perfect size and fit. If you’re in between the sizes from our SIZE CHART, we recommend you sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

– Visit the Return/Exchange Request section on the website or click here to raise a return/exchange request for your order.
– As you reach, click on the ‘Return Request’ option on the right side of the product/order you would want to Return/Exchange.(This option will disappear after 5-days of the delivery date).
– Follow the instructions and submit the required details as prompted.

Note: Please note that the Return/Exchange Request needs to be raised within 5 days of the delivery date. In 2-3 working days, reverse pickup will be done by our courier partner. You need to pack the products back in its original packaging box (with tags) for handover. Upon receiving the product, we would connect with you to confirm your request after validating the returned items. All the returned items must be unused or unwashed or undamaged and must be returned with the original packing and tags when we receive them. Items without tags/original packaging box will not be accepted. Handling fees of INR 100 is charged for all the returns. Order placed during sales that includes free products will not be eligible for any Returns/Exchange.

For all return orders, charge of INR 100 is applicable as a reverse shipment fees.

– However, still if you want to cancel your order you may do so within 5 hours of placing the order by calling us on +91 820 855 0820.
– Order cancellation is not allowed beyond the timeline specified above and for the products purchased during sales that includes free products.

– Once your exchange request is placed, within 2-3 working days, reverse pickup will be done by our courier partner. It may take about 7-10 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse, post which it will undergo a certain quality checks. Once it passes the QC, the exchange request will be initiated within next 72 hours. Once the replaced product is dispatched, it may take 7-10 working days to reach you.

– Once the product reach to our warehouse and passes the QC, our team will reach to you for collecting the required bank details etc. for sending the refund amount.
– After receipt of the required details from you, refund will be credited on the same within next 24 hours.
